The WISH Project - General Information

"WISH" is an abbreviation for "Web Integrity management by Self-Healing mechanisms."

4. What kinds of crawlers are used?

The WISH project uses the following two kinds of crawlers:

  1. WISH-LIM is a crawler to find broken links and to search for alternative new links.
  2. WISH-LA is a crawler to collect useful information to help the WISH-LIM crawler.

5. How do the crawlers avoid unnecessary and aggressive accesses to your site?

We do not want our project to place heavy loads on your Web servers. For that reason, we are making the followings efforts:
